You’ve found a rental applicant that you think might make a good tenant, congrats! Now before you and your applicant sign on the dotted line, you’ll want to run a thorough tenant background check.

If you own multiple properties, let us configure an online tenant application form along with state specific releases and consent forms. Here’s how to get started.


Step 1

Sign Up
Once we receive your sign up form, your account will be configured based on the information you provided. You will receive login credentials, usually within an hour.


Step 2

Order your Background Report
Once you have your login credentials, you’ll be able to start ordering. Use our convenient “quick app” feature that allows you to send an electronic link to your applicant to provide their personal information, receive city and state specific disclosures and consent to the background check. If you prefer to use hard copies of applicant consent forms, simply upload them at order time.



Step 3

Get Your Results
Depending on the package you choose, results are generally returned within 24 hours. When choosing packages with county level criminal checks, results may be delayed in counties where court clerks perform the searches for our court runners. Employment verifications may also cause delays beyond our control.


There are no sign up or monthly fees. Pay as you go! For landlords with multiple properties, a monthly billing account can be established.
